Care
This leather wears in, not out.
Freckles, laugh lines, and wrinkles are a sign of a life well-lived. In the same way, natural leather can include variations in color, texture, and small markings. Vegetable tanned leather will also burnish, darken, and evolve over time as it is worn.
Every Day Care
A little spit can work miracles. Minor scratches may be polished out by buffing the surface in a circular motion, using a small amount of spit on a clean fingertip. This leather will also benefit from occasional conditioning treatments using a wax polish, like Smith's Leather Balm.
Long Term Love
To protect against UV and weather damage, a commercial grade spray treatment, such as Tarrago Nano Protector Spray, may be used according to the manufacturer's instructions. For long term care and maintenance, it is always a good idea to consult a leather care professional.
